Shipping & Returns
Shipments are usually made within 1-2 business days after payment confirmation. The customer will be able to follow the status of his order through his User area on the website, namely the payment confirmation, order preparation and shipping. In addition, with each update in the order processing status, the system automatically sends alert emails to the Customer. Shipments to Spain and mainland Portugal are guaranteed within 24 hours with the express carrier, so the total delivery time since ordering / payment should not exceed 2-3 days. Deliveries in Portugal can also be made at a lower cost with the normal carrier, and the delivery time may vary between 3 and 6 days. For other countries and regions, delivery times vary depending on the geographic location and logistics of the carrier's operations.
Shipping costs vary depending on the delivery location, weight of the product(s) ordered and type of transport chosen. In the "Shopping Cart", the customer will be informed of the shipping costs before finalizing the purchase process, since the system automatically calculates the value based on the geographical location and the final weight of the order.
We offer several payment methods, namely by Bank Transfer, MBWay, Multibanco, Credit Card, Payshop and also Payment on Delivery (available only in mainland Portugal).
After the delivery of your order, it is very important that you immediately check its condition and if it is in accordance with your order. In case your order arrived in bad conditions, damaging the product inside, we ask that you send us an email immediately to firstname.lastname@example.org describing the problem and attaching photographic records of the order in bad conditions. If the product received is not in accordance with your expectations, either the wrong color / size or has a defect, the Customer has 14 days from the date of receipt of the ordered product (s) to return the item. Before proceeding with the return, check the following points:
- Products that can be returned must comply with the following criteria:
1. Defective or stained products upon delivery;
2. Products received in the wrong color / size;
3. Unwashed, unused products that have not met your expectations within 14 days of delivery.
The products must be in the same condition in which they were sold, in original packaging and accompanied by all accessories that constitute them, in perfect condition.
- Products that cannot be returned:
1. Products whose delivery date occurred more than 14 days before the return request date;
2. Products that have been washed, used or applied incorrectly.
3. Licensed products (for example, SLBenfica and FPF glasses).
In the case of promotions applicable to the purchase of independent articles, which include the addition of an additional product (for example, 2x1 promotions or any other involving the delivery of an extra product free of charge or at a reduced price), if the Customer decides to apply the right of withdrawal to purchase, that right will have an effect on the set of products provided as part of the promotion.
You can request the return of the order through your User area on our website https://waylife.pt. You should follow the instructions below:
1. Log into your Account;
2. In the "Your Account" area, access "Order History and Details";
3. Select the desired order and select “Details”;
4. In the “Return of goods” area, please follow the instructions;
5. When we receive your order, we will contact you as soon as possible.
The costs associated with a return will be borne by the Customer, whether he returns the order in full or returns only one or some of the products in the order. We are not responsible for the transport company that the Client hires for the return of the order. In this sense, we recommend that the Customer chooses a shipping company or postal service that provides a registration number to track the distribution and delivery of the product to our company. We are not responsible for the address to which the Customer sends the return, if different from the one indicated. Once the returned order is received, we will analyze and confirm its condition and, once the return is approved, you will receive a refund in the same way (or another more convenient) in which you made your purchase, within 14 days.
If the returned items are damaged or worn, we reserve the right not to accept the return and to refuse to refund them.
In the case of an approved return, regarding the amount to be refunded:
- if the Customer returns the order in full, the total amount he has paid (including shipping costs for delivery to the Customer) will be returned.
- if the Customer intends to return one or some of the products that were part of the order, we will not be able to return the shipping costs that the Customer has paid for the entire order.
- if the Customer intends to return a product purchased on promotion, or products purchased with promotional discount vouchers (including promotions that involve free shipping), the refund is made on the value of the purchased item, not including the shipping cost.
We do not make exchanges. In case the Customer intends to exchange a product, he must exercise his right of withdrawal and return the product, as established in this document, and subsequently purchase the new product desired.
